Return & Refund Policy

Make It Pink Trading (CR No. 1-189013) ("Make It Pink," "we," "us," "our") wants you to love what you order from www.MakeItPink.me. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for products purchased on our website, in line with Bahrain's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 35 of 2012).

Change-of-Mind Returns & Exchanges

If you simply change your mind about an eligible item, you may request an exchange or store credit within 3 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation. Change-of-mind requests are fulfilled as an exchange for a different item, or as store credit — we do not offer a cash refund for a change of mind. This option does not apply to makeup, skincare, or cosmetic products — see "Makeup & Skincare Returns" below. This is separate from, and does not limit, your rights for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which are covered below and are not subject to this 3-day window.

Makeup & Skincare Returns

Makeup, skincare, and other cosmetic products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, even if the item is still sealed and unopened. Once one of these items has left our store or been delivered to you, we're unable to accept it back simply because you've changed your mind — this reflects standard practice among beauty retailers in Bahrain for hygiene-sensitive products. The only exception is if the item is proven to be damaged, expired, or defective at the time of purchase — in that case, the rules under "Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items" below apply in full, and you may request a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned (Hygiene & Safety)

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal or packaging has been opened, or the product has been used or tried: false eyelashes and other applied beauty tools, perfumes and fragrances where sold, gift cards and gift vouchers, and personalised or custom-made gift boxes. These items may still be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — see the next section.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, is defective, is incorrect, or doesn't match what you ordered, please contact us immediatly so we can look into it. We may ask for your order details and some photos or a short video so we can assess the issue properly. Where the item qualifies as defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming, we'll provide the remedy you're entitled to under Bahrain's Consumer Protection Law — a free replacement ( if replacement is available ) or a full refund, at your choice, at no additional cost to you. This is a legal right and is not limited by the 3-day change-of-mind window, and it applies to makeup and skincare items too.

How to Start a Return

Email Info@MakeItPink.me or whats app our store with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason. We will confirm eligibility and send you instructions for returning the item.

Refund Method and Timing

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and let you know the outcome. For change-of-mind returns, you'll receive store credit or an exchange instead of a cash refund, in line with the terms above — not a monetary refund. For items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or don't match your order, your statutory rights under Bahrain's Consumer Protection Law apply: where a refund is due, it will normally be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is processed. Your bank or card provider may need some extra time to post the funds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still haven't received it, please contact us at Info@MakeItPink.me  Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

For eligible change-of-mind returns or exchanges, you're responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or otherwise doesn't match what you ordered, we'll cover the reasonable cost of returning it, in line with Bahrain's Consumer Protection Law.

Exchanges

Where stock allows, eligible change-of-mind returns may be exchanged for another item or issued as store credit, subject to the eligibility rules above. If the replacement item you'd like isn't available, we'll reach out to discuss your options. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you may choose between a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
